agh! Guys I was just about to say that Littleplasticmen.com had a Sammael for $13.99 (which is a damn good price for him). But he's sold out now that I check.
They do have one trenchcoatless HB with a close mouth/fist if anyone's interested.

I ordered an open mouth/fist coat HB and extra Rasputin on Saturday and since then their HB stock has dwindled fast. If anyone wants that Hellboy, I'd hurry.
